About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our growing team. As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Uber Eats by acquiring and managing partnerships with local, small to medium sized restaurants and food establishments. You will be responsible for promoting Uber Eats' services, building relationships with potential partners, and driving adoption of the platform to expand our customer base.

What You'll Do

    Identify and prospect potential restaurant partners:
    • Research and identify potential restaurants and food establishments that align with Uber Eats' target market
    • Actively reach out to potential partners, both cold calling and leveraging existing networks, to promote Uber Eats' benefits and offerings
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the advantages of partnering with Uber Eats
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships:
    • Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships
    • Collaborate with partner restaurants to understand their specific needs and goals, and tailor Uber Eats' solutions to meet their requirements
    • Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with Uber Eats' services
  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets:
    • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
    • Actively seek opportunities to upsell Uber Eats' products and services to existing partner restaurants, maximizing revenue potential
    • Regularly track and analyze sales data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Account Management, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partner restaurants
    • Provide valuable feedback and insights from the field to assist in product development, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends:
    • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position Uber Eats' services
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development initiatives
Basic Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or partnership development role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • Bilingual in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the food industry, restaurant operations, or food delivery services is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Based in Montreal
