This part-time role requires approximately 2 to 3 hours of work per month, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic guidance and business advice to the CEO to help shape the company's vision and objectives.
- Assist in developing and refining business strategies to drive growth, increase profitability, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide expert insights on key decisions, helping the CEO navigate complex challenges and opportunities.
- Offer leadership coaching and mentoring to enhance the CEO's effectiveness and decision-making capabilities.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the organization's performance and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Serve as a sounding board for the CEO, fostering an open and constructive dialogue.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful CEO, senior executive, or CEO advisor with a track record of driving business growth and success.
- In-depth knowledge of various industries and business models, with a strong ability to analyze market trends and competitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities, able to inspire and motivate senior executives.
- A strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to problem-solving.
- High integrity and confidentiality, maintaining the utmost discretion with sensitive information.
- Flexibility to commit approximately 2 to 3 hours per month for advisory sessions and occasional availability for urgent matters.
